摘要
基于几十年科研成果，在准确提出地下水天然资源、开采资源、“三水”转化规律基础上，结合经济区不同水文地质单元、边界条件、水文地质特征、自然地质环境，针对性地提出地下水资源开发利用意见及“三水”科学管理对策，为治理水文地质、环境地质灾害指出方向和科学措施。
On the basis of research on the natural and exploitable resources,changing regularities of the “three water”(ground water,surface water,meteoric water),and in combination with boundary conditions,hydrogeologic features,geologic settings in different hydrogeologic units,some measures on the development and utilization of ground water resources and the scientific management of the “three water”are proposed according to existing circumstances.Meanwhile,it is indicated how to bring hydrogeology and environmental geologic hazard under control.
