国外医疗保障城乡衔接模式借鉴研究

Research for Reference of Developed Countries' Medical Security Model to Link Urban and Rural Area

当前城乡二元医疗保障制度的弊端在改革与实践中日益加深。运用国际比较方法,结合我国城乡医疗保障制度现状,对我国医疗保障城乡衔接模式进行了探讨,在此基础上,给出国外医疗保障制度发展可资借鉴的经验与启示。

Nowadays, the shortage of the binary systems of medical security is becoming more obvious in its innovation and practice. By using the method of international comparison and combining with the current situation of our country＇s medical security in Urban and Rural Area, this paper tentatively studies the medical security model to link Urban and Rural Area in our country, and then puts forward the experience and enlightenment from the development of foreign countries＇ medical security for reference.
