摘要
自主学习既是学习方式,更是课程的目标;实施自主学习要适应学生发展的学段特点和个性差异;要特别关注非智因素的个别差异,"适性而教",才能获得最佳的教育效果。
Autonomous learning is not only learning way , but also course objective; implementing autonomous learning should adapt to learning stage features of students development and personality differences; pay special attention to personality differences of non-Intelligence Factors, " aptitude and teaching" ,which can obtain the best educational effect.
