摘要
随着混凝土浇筑体量的增大和工程复杂难度的增加,混凝土施工应力应变监测迫在眉睫。当前《块体基础大体积混凝土施工技术规程》YBJ224-91只对混凝土温控监测给予明确规定,对应力应变监测缺乏具体要求。混凝土热应变包括引起应力的约束应变和自由膨胀热应变,混凝土无约束监测装置的研制正是为了在实际监测中区分出自由应变和约束应变。本文通过一种混凝土无约束监测装置的研制并在具体工程中的成功应用,提出工程中混凝土线膨胀系数和收缩近似测试方法以及具体裂缝控制约束应变新举措,为施工监测开辟新途径,进一步保证大体积混凝土的浇筑成型质量,可为类似基础施工提供测试参考。
Along with pour volume raising and difficulty increasing,it's urgent for construction stress-strain monitor.Current professional standard "Construction technical regulation of mass concrete" YBJ224-91 doesn't express monitor requirements of stress-strain.Hot strain of concrete includes constrained strain of causing stress and free expansion strain,and then the unconstrained concrete device is designed just for distinguishing them.Through the invention and application of an unconstrained concrete device,this paper puts forward the approximation test method of linear expansion factor and shrinkage and crack-control method via constrained strain.All these can establish a new method for concrete construction monitor and be supplied for test reference to similar slab construction.
