安徽省城镇饮用水水源地基础环境研究

Study on the basic environment of drinking water sources of cities and towns in AnHui Province

饮用水是用途最为重要的水资源,饮用水水源的保护问题是关系国计民生的重大问题,饮水安全关系着亿万百姓的健康和生命安全。本文结合安徽省城镇集中式饮用水水源地基础环境调查与评估工作,调查城镇饮用水水源地社会经济状况、水资源利用状况、土地利用状况等基础信息,调查水源地属性、水质水量状况以及影响饮用水水源水质的主要因素,综合评估水源地环境禀赋、污染现状、环境监管和环境风险,并提出了不同区域、不同类型的饮用水水源地环境管理政策与对策。

Drinking water is the most important water resources.The protection of drinking water sources is a major issue of people＇s livelihood and water security relates hundreds of millions of people＇s health and safety.Combining with the basic environmental investigation and assessment of centralized drinking water sources of cities and towns in AnHui Province,the paper investigates the basic information of socio-economic situation of drinking water sources,water resources utilization,land-use conditions and so on and investigates properties of water sources,water quality and quantity as well as the major factor impacting the quality of drinking water.It also assesses environmental endowments of water resources,the status of pollution,environmental monitoring and environmental risk comprehensively and proposes the different environmental management policies and measures of different regions and different types of drinking water sources.
