摘要
对利用扇贝边研制成的新的海洋保健品—海脉冲营养素的营养成分进行分析。结果表明，海脉冲营养素富含氨基酸，无机元素，微量元素和维生素等；糖元，VB12等含量丰富。本实验的分析结果可为海脉冲营养素的临床应用提供科学依据。
The nutritive composition of Haimaichong, a new marine health food developed from the leftover of scallop Chalamys farreri, was analyzed. The results show that Haimaichong nutrient is rich in amino acids, mineral elements, trace elements and vitamins; moreover, it is also rich in glycogen and vitamin B12. These results provide a scientific basis for the clinical practice of Haimaichong nutrient.
