摘要
现行模式训练法建立所获因素缺乏全面性和合理性,而且在指导运动训练实践方面存在不足。受模式限制,我们对于发展训练对象个体特征、发扬其长处的认识显得不足,避短而未扬长。
The factors of model training method are deficient in integrity and rationality, and model training method is inadequate in sports training practice instruction. Because of the restriction of the model, it fails to develop training objects＇ moving individuality, and apply their advantages.
