摘要
目的研究胡桃楸根的化学成分。方法利用硅胶和SephadexLH-20柱层析等分离方法进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和各种波谱技术鉴定化合物的结构,采用MTT比色法对化合物Ⅰ进行活性测试。结果从胡桃楸根乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯提取物分离得到5个化合物,分别为Juglanin B(Ⅰ)、1,3,5,8-四羟基酮(Ⅱ)、1,3,8-三羟基-5-甲氧基酮(Ⅲ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅳ)、熊果酸(Ⅴ)。结论化合物Ⅰ首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物(Ⅱ)^(Ⅴ)首次从胡桃属植物中分离得到。化合物Ⅰ对人肺癌A549细胞和肝癌HepG-2细胞均有抑制作用。
Objective To determine the chemical constituents from the roots of Juglans rnandshurica Maxim. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by column chromatography over silica gel and Sephadex LH--20. Their structures were identified on the basis of spectral data and physiochemical properties. Results Five compounds were elucidated as Juglanin B (I) , 1, 3, 5, 8-tetrahydroxy xanthone (II), 1, 3, 8-trihydroxy-S-methoxyxanthone (III), daucosterol (IV), and ursolic acid ( V ). Conclusion Compound ( I ) is isolated from this plant for the first time and shows cell inhibitory activity by anti tumor experiments. Compounds ( II ) - ( V ) are isolated from genus Juglans L. for the first time.
