摘要
对投标申请人进行资格审查是建设工程招标投标过程中的重要环节。资格后审作为我国新的招标办法,存在着诸多不足,应该逐步加以补充与改进。文章对建设项目招标过程中资格后审法在各阶段可能出现的问题的原因进行了分析,提出了几项实行资格后审法应采取的有益的措施。
It is important to make sure that the bidders are qualified for the construction project under bid invitation. As a newapproach to bid invitation in our country,postqualification still has some shortcomings in practice and shall be improved. The paper makes analysis of the possible failures in the practice of postqualification and hereby puts forward the preventive measures against them.
