大功率LD温度检测线性化放大电路设计

摘要 在大功率半导体激光器的温度检测中,针对单臂电桥输出固有的非线性特性,设计了一个电桥线性化检测放大电路,它不仅克服了电桥输出固有非线性的缺点,而且其灵敏度系数可灵活配置。该电路拓宽了单臂电桥的应用范围,特别适用于应变阻值相对变化较大的场合,可将其作为传感器调理电路的前端模块。温度测量实验表明,该电路输出与温度变化的线性度非常好,实际输出与理论输出的最大相对误差为0.1%,实测温度与理论温度值误差小于0.1℃,满足实际应用要求。 In the application of high power LD temperature detection, a circuit module is designed in this paper, which detects and amplifies the output of wheatstone bridge and overcomes the shortcoming of the bridges' inherent nonlinear output. In addition to carrying out the linearization and amplification of the bridge's output, the module has a advantage of flexibility to configure the sensitivity coefficient. This module broadens the bridge circuit's application scope, and is particularly suitable for the occasion in which the strain resistance has a large relative change, and it can be used as the front-module of the sensors' processing circuit. After the parameters are optimizing designed, this module is applied to measuring the temperature of high-power LD. The results of experiment show that the maximum relative error between the actual output and theoretical value is 0.1%, the error between the detecting temperature value and the theoretical temperature value is lower than 0.1℃.
