小湾水电站引水发电系统调压室断面大,高度高,相邻洞室交叉多,给施工进度、安全、质量提出很高的要求。对洞室开挖施工支洞布置、球冠开挖爆破、竖井开挖及锁口支护采取不断优化参数和施工程序的措施,有效地保证了调压井开挖进度提前1年完工,在质量和安全方面取得很好的效果。
The height of surge chamber in the generating system of Xiaowan Hydropower Station is great, the section area is large, and crossed with many other chambers. The requirements on excavation phase, safety and quality are also strict. With continually optimization on construction parameters and programs of adit arrangement, spherical excavation and explosion, shaft excavation and interlock support, the excavation of surge wells is completed one year ahead of schedule, and the quality and safety is also good.
