摘要
介绍了小湾水电站计算机监控系统的设计原则、系统结构功能及其特点,并就目前尚需改进和解决的问题进行归纳总结。小湾水电站计算机监控系统监控设备多,分布分散,系统庞大,结构复杂。立足于小湾水电站的实际和特点,在保证系统安全可靠前提下,按照冗余化和开放式的系统结构进行设计,并采用先进的软、硬件配置,保证其先进性,使其成为技术领先、成熟可靠,符合水电站计算机监控系统技术的发展趋势,且能充分满足水电站各方面实用性要求的计算机监控系统。
This paper introduces the design principles, structure functions and characteristics of the computer monitoring and control system for the Xiaowan Hydropower Station and summarizes the present problems which should be improved and solved.Based on the reality and characteristics of the Station and under the presupposition of ensuring the safety and reliability of the system, it was designed in accordance with redundancy and open-type system structure, and adopted advanced software and hardware facilities The computer monitoring system has been conformed to the technologically advanced, mature and reliable and fully met the practical requirements of all aspects of hydropower station.
