摘要
目的研究一种快速手消毒液的消毒相关性能,为实际应用提供依据。方法采用理化分析方法和悬液定量杀菌试验以及动物试验方法,对其理化性能和杀菌效果以及毒性进行了实验室和现场观察。结果该快速手消毒液含聚六亚甲基胍1560 mg/L与体积分数50%乙醇。以其原液对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、大肠杆菌作用0.5 min,其杀灭对数值各次均大于5.00;对白色念珠菌杀灭对数值各次均大于4.00。能量试验最低合格浓度为20%。用该快速手消毒液原液擦拭消毒作用1.0 min,对志愿者手和皮肤上自然菌每人次平均减少对数值均大于1.00。该消毒液原液对小鼠经口毒性LD50值>5000 mg/kg(体重),对皮肤刺激指数为0,小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验阴性。结论该快速手消毒液对细菌繁殖体和真菌具有良好的杀灭效果,属无毒级物质,对完整皮肤无刺激性。
Objective To investigate the related properties of a rapid hand - disinfectant solution in order to provide the basis for the practical application. Methods The physical and chemical analysis method, suspension quantitative germicidal test, field disinfection trial and animal test were used to carry out laboratory and field observation. Results This rapid hand -disinfectant solution contains 1560 mg/L polyhexamethylene biguanidine and 50% (v/v) ethanol. The average killing log value of Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudom onas aeruginosa and Escherichia coli in suspension exposed to the stock solution of the disinfectant for 0.5 min was 〉 5.00, that of Canclida albicans was 〉 4.00. The minimal eligible concentration in capacity test was 20%. When the hands were disinfected by wiping with the disinfectant solution for 1 rain, the average reducing log value of the natural bacteria on skin and hands was 〉 1.00. Its mouse oral LD50 was 〉 5000 mg/kg · bw and the average skin irritation score was 0. The mouse bone marrow poly chromatic erythrocyte mieronueleus test was negative. Conslusion This rapid hand - disinfection solution exhibits good disinfection efficacy for vegetative form of bacteria and fungi. It is innoxious and non -irritating to skin.
