摘要
目的研究以水葫芦为原料制备的酸性水溶液杀菌效果。方法采用连续稀释法和悬液定量杀菌试验方法,对该水葫芦提取液的抑菌和杀菌效果进行了检测。结果水葫芦水溶液对普通细菌最小抑菌浓度为1:16倍,最小杀菌浓度为1∶8倍;对黑曲霉菌和链孢霉菌最小抑菌浓度为1∶32倍。水葫芦提取液原液对悬液内大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌分别作用10 min和20 min,平均杀灭率分别为99.9%和100%。水葫芦提取液原液对悬液内纯化的HBsAg作用30 min,平均P/N值为2.07,灭活率为93.6%。结论水葫芦提取物对细菌和真菌均具有不同程度抑菌和杀菌作用。
Objective To investigate the germicidal efficacy of the acidic extract of the water hyacinth. Methods Serial dilution method and suspension quantitative germicidal test were employed for the investigation. Results The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) of the water hyacinth extract were 1 : 16 and 1:8 dilution of original extract, respectively, against Escherichia coli and Staphyloccocus aureus. The MIC for either Aspergillus niger or Neurospora crassa was 1:32 of the original extract. The killing rates ofE. coli and S. aureus in suspension exposed to original extract of water hyacinth against for 10 min and 20 min were 99.9% and 100% respectively. The original extract with a 30 min contact time could destroy 93.6% of HBsAg in suspension. Conclusion The water hyacinth extract has killing and inhibiting effects to various degrees on both bacteria and fungi, and inactivating effect on hepatitis B virus.
