摘要
目的建立不同制剂中药的微生物限度检查方法。方法采用阳性菌回收率实验测定3种中药制剂是否有抑菌作用。结果用培养基稀释法检测祛痰止咳胶囊,用离心沉淀集菌联合培养基稀释法检测参松养心胶囊,结果对枯草芽孢杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌有抑菌作用。用培养基稀释法检测银杏叶片,结果对金黄色葡萄球菌有抑菌作用。结论3种中药制剂对细菌均显示出不同程度抑菌作用,需采用不同的方法进行细菌、霉菌及酵母菌的检查。
Objective To establish the microbial limit tests for different Chinese drug preparations. Methods Positive microorganism recovery experiment was used to assay whether there are antibacterial components in three Chinese drug preparations. Results The culture medium dilution method was used to assay Qutanzhike capsule, while the method of collecting bacteria by centrifugation - sedimentation combined with culture medium dilution was used to assay Shensongyangxin capsule. The results showed that these preparations had inhibitory effect on Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans. The culture medium dilution method was used to assay Yinxingye tablet and the result showed that it had inhibitory effect on S. aureus. Conclusion There are antibacterial components in three Chinese drug preparations. It is necessary to use different methods for detecting bacteria, fungi and yeasts.
