摘要
目的观察衣物消毒柜对衣物上的细菌杀灭效果,为实际应用提供依据。方法采用载体定量杀菌试验和现场消毒试验的方法进行了实验室检测。结果该消毒柜内平均臭氧浓度为1020 mg/m3和平均浓度为900mg/m3过氧化氢,在空载和满载情况下,雾化熏蒸消毒处理30 min,对布片上大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌平均杀灭率为99.95%以上。现场消毒试验证明,消毒柜内臭氧和过氧化氢用量与上述相同的条件下,对悬挂柜内白大衣熏蒸消毒处理30 min,对自然菌平均杀灭率为95.32%。结论该衣物消毒柜对细菌繁殖体、真菌及自然菌均有良好杀菌效果。
Objective To observe the efficacy of Clothes Disinfector in killing bacteria on clothes in order to provide bases for practical use. Methods Carrier quantitative germicidal test and on - the - spot disinfection trial were used to carry out laboratory examination. Results The average ozone concentration was 1020 mg/m3 and average concentraton of hydrogen peroxide was 900 mg/m3 in this disinfector. Under empty and full loading conditions, aerosol fumigating disinfection for 30 min killed over 99.95% in average ofEscherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans on cloth strips. On - the - spot disinfection trial demonstrated that under the condition of same ozone and hydrogen peroxide dosages as above, fumigating disinfection of work clothes hanged in the disinfector for 30 min killed 95.32% of the natural bacteria in average. Conclusion The clothes disinfector has good efficacy in killing vegetative forms of bacteria, fungi and natural bacteria.
