县乡级医院室内空气质量监测

QUALITY MONITORIONG OF INDOOR AIR IN COUNTY AND VILLAGE HOSPITALS

目的了解县乡医疗服务机构室内空气质量情况,以便指导基层医疗机构空气消毒工作。方法采用平板沉降法,对庄浪县乡两级医疗机构室内空气质量进行了调查。结果2002~2007年共检测1620份空气样,平均总合格率为62.47%。手术室空气平均合格率为88.78%,其它Ⅱ类环境空气质量平均合格率为49.21%,Ⅲ类环境空气质量平均合格率为37.13%。结论该县两级医疗机构空气质量合格率较低,需要加强对重点科室的空气消毒工作的管理,提高空气卫生质量。

Objective To know the quality of indoor air in county and village medical institutions, in order to direct the work of air disinfection in medical institutions at basic level. Method Flat slab exposure method was used to investigate the indoor air quality of county and village medical institutions. Results A total of 1620 samples of air were examined from 2002 to 2007, the overall average qualification rate was 62.47%, the average qualification rate of air in operating room was 88.78%, average qualification rate of air quality of other class - Ⅱ environment was 49.21%, and that of other class -Ⅲ environment was 37.13%. Conclusion The qulification rate of air quality in county and village medical institutions was relatively low. It is necessary to strengthen the administration of disinfection of air in key department and to improve sanitary quality of air.
