摘要
目的了解部队医院感染控制机构建设及工作现状,提高医院感染管理水平。方法采用问卷调查方法,对部分部队医院的医院感染管理状况进行调查。结果在本次调查的14所医院中有3所医院的感染管理控制专职机构仍不完善,有50%的医院能做到每月进行综合性监测。2004~2006年医院感染率波动范围按年度依次为1.16%~5.96%,1.54%~5.30%,1.60%~4.34%;2006年上半年平均漏报率13.7%。感染部位居前3位的分别是下呼吸道、上呼吸道和泌尿道。14所医院中有10所医院对抗菌药物实施分级限用管理。结论部队医院感染管理工作存在组织不完善、管理水平有待提高等问题,医院感染漏报率较高。
Objective To investigate the present situation of nosocomial infection control in military hospitals, and improve the prevention and control of nosocomial infection. Methods The investigation was conducted by questionnaire based on national guideline for infection control and military regulation for infection control. Results Three of 14 hospitals investigated have not set up the nosocomial infection control department. 50% hospitals had nosocomial infection surveillance system and data feedback. The infection rates were 1. 16% - 5.96% in 2004, 1.54% - 5.30% in 2005, and 1.60% -4.34% in 2006. The missing report rate was 13.7% in the first 6 months of 2006. The sites of infection were mainly in lower respiratory tract, upper respiratory tract and urinary tract. Ten hospitals instituted graded administration of antibiotics. Conclusions There were some weakness of nosocomial infection control in all of the 14 hospitals. The missing report rate was high, and the level of nosocomial infection control needs to be improved.
