穿心莲对冠心病患者血小板功能及纤溶功能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:为了探讨穿心莲在冠心病防治的作用。方法:本文采用随机分组,将冠心病患者(77例)随机分配到穿心莲治疗组,阿斯匹林组及安慰剂组中去,比较穿心莲对冠心病患者血小板聚集率,血浆TXB2,6-K-PGF1α及优球蛋白溶解时间的影响,并与阿斯匹林治疗组及安慰剂组所得结果进行比较。结果穿心莲能显著抑制冠心病患者血小板1min及5min聚集率(P<0.01),显著抑制冠心病患者血奖TXB2浓度(P<0.01),显著升高冠心病患者血浆6-K-PGF1α浓度(P<0.01),显著降低冠心病患者TXB2/6-K-PGF1α比值(P<0.01),并具有一定纤溶功能(优球蛋白溶解时间前后比较P<0.01)。而阿斯匹林治疗组与穿心莲治疗组比较:对血小板1min聚集率无显著影响(P>0.05),而显著抑制血小板5min聚集率(P<0.01),显著抑制血浆TXB2浓度(P<0.01),显著抑制血浆6-K-PGF1α浓度(P<0.05),也能显著降低冠心病患者TXB2/6-K-PGF1α比值(P<0.01),而无纤溶作用(P>0.05),而安慰剂组上述指标均无明显变化。结论:穿心莲在冠心病的防治具有一定前景。 Objective:To evaluate the effects of andrographis paniculata (Burf.m) Nees (APN) in the prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods:Seventy seven cases of coronary heart disease were divided with random into three groupsNamely,Andrographis paniculata (Burm.f) Nees (APN)——a kind of chinese medicinal herb treated group (thirty four cases),Aspirin treated group (twenty-one cases )and blank controlled group (twenty-two cases).Platelet aggregation rate,Serum thromboxane B2 (TXB2) concentration,Serum 6KetoPGF1α (6KPGF1α) concentration and euglobulinlysis time (ELT) were observed before and after taking APN to evaluate the influence of APN on these varables in coronary heart patients.These results were compared with those of aspirin treated group and blank controlled group.Results: APN can significantly inhibit first-phase and secondphase of platelet aggregation (p<0.01),Significantlyimprove TXB2/6KpGF1α balance (P<0.01) and Serum TXB2 synthesis (p<0.01),significantly increase Serum6KPGF1α synthesis (p<0.01) and shorten ELT (p<0.01).The Aspirin treated group was compared with APN treated group.Result:Aspirin has not significant effect on the firstphase of platelet aggregation (P<0.05),but it can significantly inhibit the secondphase of platelet aggregation (P<0.01),inhibit TXB2 syntheis (p<0.01),inhibit 6KPGF1αsynthesis (P<005).Aspirin has no effect on ELT (P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with Aspirin,APN has stronger effect on the inhibition of firstphase of platet aggregation,on increasing of 6KPGF1α sybthesis and on shortening of ELT.All of these data suggest that APN may be a promising medicinal herb in the prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease.
