摘要
目的：探讨粘连性肠梗阻形成的原因与防治措施。方法：对粘连性肠梗阻36例临床资料回顾性分析。结果：18例经保守治疗45d后痊愈。手术治疗18例,2例行二次手术,均治愈。结论：急性粘连性肠梗阻在保守治疗过程中应及时发现早期变化,果断决定手术治疗。
Objective： To discuss the cause and preventive measures of adhesive intestinal obstruction. Method： The clinical information of 36 cases of adhesive intestinal obstruction were retrospectively analyzed. Result： 18 cases were cured after conservative treat for 45d. 18 cases received surgical treatment, 2 cases received the operation for the second time, all the cases were cured. Conclusion： We should timely find early changes of acute adhesive intestinal obstruction and take preventive measures immediately.
