Epistaxis in Elderly Hypertensive Patients with Nursing Intervention

目的：探讨老年高血压鼻出血患者护理干预措施。方法：对120例老年高血压鼻出血患者进行心理护理、局部护理、服药指导、饮食指导、出院指导等相应的护理干预。结果：所有鼻出血患者均痊愈出院,高血压均控制在正常范围内。护理满意度调查满意度为98%。出院后随访半年,仅有10例（8.3%）再次发生鼻出血。结论：对老年高血压鼻出血患者进行有效的相应的护理干预,可使患者保持良好心态,养成良好遵医习惯和生活习惯,促进了鼻出血的康复和减少其复发,对高血压的控制也起到重要作用。

Objective：Discussion epistaxis in elderly hypertensive patient care interventions. Methods： 120 cases of epistaxis in elderly hypertensive patients with psychological care, partial care, medication guide, restaurants guide, guidance and discharged the nursing intervention. Results： Epistaxis patients were all cured, high blood pressure were controlled within normal range. Nursing Satisfaction Survey, 98% satisfaction. Follow--up six months after discharge, only 10 cases （8. 3%） recurrence of epistaxis. Conclusions： Epistaxis in elderly hypertensive patients with appropriate care and effective intervention, patients can maintain a good mentality, cultivate a good medical compliance and lifestyle habits, and promoted the rehabilitation of epistaxis and reduce its recurrence, control of high blood pressure also play an important role.
