摘要
目的：观察头孢哌酮舒巴坦治疗肾盂肾炎的疗效。方法：分为头孢哌酮舒巴坦与左氧氟沙星对照组,观察两组疗效。结果：头孢哌酮舒巴坦治疗组总有效率为91.7%,左氧氟沙星对照组总有效率67%,二组差异有显著性,P〈0.05。结论：头孢哌酮舒巴坦是治疗伴有肾功能不全的肾盂肾炎的理想药物。
Objective： To observe the effect of cefoperazone sulbactam in the treatment of pyelonephritis. Method： Patients were divided into treatment group （cefoperazone sulbactam group） and control group （levofloxacin group）. The effects were observed. Result： The total effective rates were 91.7 % in treatment group and 67% in control group. The difference was significant, P〈0. 05. Conclusion： Cefoperazone sulbactam is an ideal drug for pyelonephritis complicated with renal insufficiency.
