AO锁骨钩钢板内固定治疗锁骨远端骨折和肩锁关节脱位

Treatment of Distal Clavicular Fracture and Acromioclavicular Joint Dislocation with AO Clavicular Hook Plate

目的：探讨AO锁骨钩钢板治疗锁骨远端骨折和肩锁关节脱位的疗效。方法：对我院2005年6月至2008年11月间收治的25例锁骨远端骨折和肩锁关节脱位的患者采用AO锁骨钩钢板治疗。结果：25例患者均得到随访,随访时间9～18个月,平均11.5个月。按Karlsson标准评定,A级21例,B级4例。结论：应用AO钩钢板治疗锁骨远端骨折和肩锁关节脱位固定可靠,可早期行肩关节功能锻炼,疗效满意。

Objective： To discuss the effect of AO clavicular hook plate for the treatment of distal clavicular fracture and aeromioclavicular joint dislocation. Method： 25 cases with distal clavicular fracture and aeromioclavicular joint dislocation from Jun. 2005 to Nov. 2008 were treated with AO clavicular hook plate. Result： All the cases were followed up 9-18 months, for the average of 11.5 months. According to Karlsson standard, 21 cases were in A grade and 4 cases were in B grade. Conclusion： The treatment of distal clavicular fracture and acromioclavicular joint dislocation with AO clavicular hook plate has good effect with advan- tages of reliable fixation and early shoulder exercise.
