摘要
黄酮是多羟基,多苯环的大分子有机化合物,具有多种生物活性功能,其中抗氧化作用尤为明显。通过邻苯三酚自氧化法、水杨酸法比色法分别测定了苦荞麦苗期的黄酮类化合物清除超氧阴离子自由基(O2-·)以及羟基自由基(·OH)的效果。结果表明,不同浓度的苦荞麦苗黄酮类化合物能显著地清除超氧阴离子自由基和羟基自由基,且随着苦荞麦苗黄酮类化合物浓度的升高其抗氧化性作用逐渐增强,并在一定浓度范围内黄酮化合物与抑制率呈正相关。
Flavonoids are macromolecular organic compound that have the various biologic function, among them the anti-oxygenation is obviously. This text passes the method of pyrogallol autoxidation and the salicylic acid colorimetry distinguishes to measure the inhibiton in clearance in flavonoid compound in tartary buckwheat anion free radical(O2^-·) and the hydroxyl radical(·OH). The result expresses that the seeding of tartary buckwheat flavonoids compound of the different density can evidently eliminate the anion free radical(O2^-·) and hydroxyl radical (.OH). Going up along with the seeding of tartary buckwheat flavonoid compound density, its function of anti-oxidation will be strengthen gradually. In a density range, the flavonoids and inhibiton take on positive relativity.
