摘要
研究三聚氰胺在蛋鸡不同组织和鸡蛋不同部位中的分布和代谢规律。以蛋鸡为实验模型,采用超高效液相-串联质谱方法,检测在喂养含三聚氰胺的饲料后的不同时间、不同的鸡肌肉组织(鸡腿肉、鸡胸肉、血浆、鸡肾、鸡肝)及鸡蛋不同部位中三聚氰胺残留量。结果表明:三聚氰胺在蛋鸡不同组织和鸡蛋不同部位中的残留量有很大差异;给药期间,残留浓度大小的顺序为蛋清>肾脏>血浆>肝脏>鸡腿肉、鸡胸肉>鸡蛋黄;停药14d内,残留浓度大小的顺序为蛋黄>蛋清>血浆、肝脏、肾脏、肌肉组织。鸡蛋清、蛋黄消除速度低于鸡血浆、肝脏、肾脏、肌肉等组织,但到停药的21d时,三聚氰胺的残留量都下降到0.30mg/kg以下。
In this paper, the distribution and metabolism of melamine in the eggs of different organizations and different parts of laying-hens were studied. It was performed in laying hens, after feeding on containing feedstuff, UPLC-MSMS was used to detect melamine residues in different tissues of laying-hens and eggs at different times. The results showed that melamine in different parts of laying-hens and eggs are very different: in delivery period, the order of melamine residual concentration in different parts was: egg albumen〉kidney〉 plasma〉liver〉drumstick, breast〉yolk; at 14d after withdrawing melamine, the order of melamine residual concentration was: yolk〉egg albumen〉plasma, liver, kidney and muscle tissue. Melamine metabolized in egg albumen and yolk were slower than plasma, liver, kidney and muscle tissue. However, at 21 d after withdrawing, the melamine residues in all parts are reduced to below 0.30 mg/kg.
