响应面法优化悬浮培养肉苁蓉细胞中苯乙醇苷超声提取工艺的研究 被引量:8

Extraction of PeGs in cell suspension cultures of Cistanche deserticola with ultrasonic wave technology optimized by the response surface method

摘要 利用响应面法对超声提取无外源激素培养肉苁蓉悬浮细胞中苯乙醇苷(PeGs)的工艺条件进行了优化。在乙醇浓度、超声功率、超声时间及液料比等单因素研究的基础上,根据中心组合设计原理采用4因素5水平的响应面分析法,通过对各因素显著性和交互作用的分析,得出了超声提取PeGs的最佳工艺条件为乙醇浓度50%、超声功率200W、超声时间14min、液料比90∶1,PeGs的一次得率为27.63%。 To optimize the extraction technique for PeGs from the cell suspension cultures of Cistanche deserticola in the absence of exogenous hormones by supersonic wave, response surface method (RSM) were used. On the basis of the previous results and according to the central composite experimental design principles, the response surface method with 4 factors and 5 levels was adopted. The results showed that the optimum conditions were that ethanol concentration of 50%, supersonic power of 200 W, supersonicwave time of 14 min and the ratio of liquid to material of 90:1. Under such conditions, the extraction rate of PeGs could be up to 27.63% at one-time extraction.
