摘要
通过调查问卷和随机采访的方式,对上海地区功能性食品的消费状况进行调查。调查表明:我国功能性食品在形态上,主要以方便取食为主;在功能方面,主要以特殊功能性食品为主;由于我国的功能性食品科技含量不高,所以在价格上主要以低价商品为主;综合而言,我国的功能性食品尚处于低迷徘徊的发展阶段。
The present study is to investigate the consumption status of functional food in China, by questionnaire as well as stochastic accessing. The results showed that the form and function of functional food focuses on convenience and the specialties, in contrast, most local products was low price due to low technique. In conclusion, the development of functional food in China was in the downturn and wandering stage.
