摘要
采用GC-1102型气相色谱仪、FID检测器、SIMPLCITY-5石英玻璃毛细管柱(30m×0.32mm×0.25μm)和面积校正归一法对松节油中的4种主要组分α-蒎烯、β-蒎烯、对伞花烃和长叶烯进行了定量分析。结果表明,α-蒎烯、β-蒎烯和长叶烯相对于对伞花烃的相对质量校正因子分别为1.0891、1.0879、1.0798;比较了面积校正归一法和面积归一法分析结果与标样值的相对偏差,两者的分析结果与标样值的最大相对偏差分别为1.59%和4.43%;考察了方法的精密度和回收率,4种组分的相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为0.78%、0.59%、1.04%、2.62%;加标回收率分别为99.52%、101.91%、100.97%、100.70%。
α-Pinene, β-Pinene, p-Cymene and Iongifolene were determined using area correction normalization method by GC-1102 gas chromatography with FID detector and SIMPLCITY-5 capillary column(30 m× 0.32 mm×0.25 um). The results showed that the relative mass correction factors compared with p-Cymene were: 1.0891, 1.0879, and 1.0798, respectively. The relative deviation of area correction normalization method and area normalization method was compared, the maximum relative error of two methods analysis value comparing standard were 1.59% and 4.43%. The accuracy and recovery were tested, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) of the four components were 0.78%, 0.59%, 1.04%, 2.62%, the recovery of standard addition were: 99.52%, 101.91%, 100.97%, 100.70%, separately.
