Determination of Cadmium in Arenga pinnata(Wurmb) Merr flour by Graphite furnace atom absorption spectometry

摘要 研究建立干法灰化消化样品,石墨炉原子吸收光谱法检测桄榔粉中痕量镉的方法;并对石墨炉原子吸收光谱法的测定条件进行优化。研究表明,镉的检出限为0.66ug/L,线性范围为0.0-8.0ug/L;样品测定回收率在97.3%~103.2%之间,相对标准偏差为1.6%。方法准确灵敏、操作简单,用于实际样品中镉含量检测,结果满意。 A method has been studied for the determination of cadmium in arenga pinnata (Wurmb) Merr flour by dry ashing-graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry(GFAAS) method, and the optimum condition of determination by GFAAS was studied. The detection limit was 0.66ug/L, the linear arrange was 0-8.0ug/L, the rate of recovery was 97.3%-103.2%, RSD was 1.6%. This method features high sensitivity, accuracy, low detection limit as well as speediness and exactness, and was applied to the determination of Cd in samples with satisfactory results.
