摘要
建立饮用饮料中挥发性卤代烃的分析方法。采用顶空气相色谱法测定饮料中14种挥发性卤代烃。对色谱条件、平衡温度、平衡时间及样品基体进行了实验研究和优化。同时建立了14种卤代烃阳性样品的质谱确认方法。在所建立的最佳实验条件下14种挥发性卤代烃完全分离,平均回收率在84.5%~99.0%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.78%-7.92%,检测限为0.1-160ug/L。所建立的分析方法快速、简便,适合饮料中多种卤代烃的检测分析。
To set up a practical method for determination of the amounts of volatile halogenated hydrocarbons in beverages. Headspace Gas Chromatography was used in determinate 14 kinds of VHH in beverages. Parameters affecting efficiency of HS-GC procedure, such as the chromatography condition, the equibilium temperature, the equibilium time and the sample matrix were optimized. At the same time 14 kinds of VHH confirmed positive sample of MS method was established. In the optimum condition, the 14 kinds of VHH had been separated successfully. The recoveries of them are between the range of 84.5%-99.0%, the relative standard deviation is between 1.78%-7.92%, The detection limit is between 0.1-160μg/L. The method is rapid, simple. Therefore, it is suitable for detection and analysis of VHH in beverages.
