摘要
目的：建立并实施老年人口服药物的安全管理制度。方法：2006年—2008年对老年病科300例年龄大于70岁的住院患者运用护理程序进行口服药物的分发管理。结果：使年龄大于70岁的患者口服药物管理程序化、专业化。结论：口服药物管理制度的建立与实施保证了住院患者口服药物的安全使用,促进了患者的早日康复。
Purpose：Establish and implement a safety management system of the elderly oral medicine.Methods：Taking nursing procedure to distribute oral medicine to more than 300 cases of patients who is more than 70-year-old from 2006 to 2008.Results：Make the process of oral medicine management to 70 year old patients goes procedural and specialized.Conclusion：The establishment and implement of oral medicine management ensure the safety of oral medicine and promote an early recovery.
