摘要
目的研究LabVIEW软件对功能电刺激信号进行采集的可行性,运用该软件设计采集系统研究电刺激神经传导阻断的规律。方法软硬件相结合,通过硬件搭建的电路连接软件的接口,利用LabVIEW软件进行信号采集。结果运用LabVIEW软件设计的信号采集系统可以进行功能电刺激信号的采集,并对信号加以进一步分析。结论验证虚拟仪器在进行动物实验方面的可行性,并且可以去除噪声带来的干扰。意义采用LabVIEW软件设计的信号采集系统数据采集功能强大,为相关的动物实验及功能电刺激的临床研究提供更多应用信息。
Objective To study the feasibility of collection of functional electrical stimulation signals by LabVIEW. To study the block orderliness of nerve conduction block using the collection system analyzed by software. Methods Combining softwares with hardwares,connected the circuit built by hardwares to the interface of softwares and collected signals based on LabVIEW.Results The signal collection system analyzed by LabVIEW could collect the signals of the functional electrical stimulation and had more analysises with the signals.Conclusion This study validated the feasibility of virtual instruments in operating animal experiments and eliminating the disturb by noise. Meaning The signal collection system analyzed by LabVIEW has powerful functions in acquiring datas,provides more information to future animal experiments and clinical studies about functional electrical stimulation.
