摘要
目的现代磁共振成像(MRI)技术正向两个方向发展,一是高磁场强度;另一方向是高的系统性能,包括高的梯度性能(梯度场强和梯度切换率),高的射频性能(发射功率,接收信噪比和多个接收通道)以及高的数据处理和控制性能。急需开发新型冷却系统以满足MRI系统正常运行的需要。方法通过对现有MRI系统冷却技术的分析,提出了集成式冷却系统的概念,分为主动式冷却系统和被动式冷却系统两种方案,以适应不同医院的装机条件。结果基于集成式冷却系统的概念,成功开发出了用于MRI系统的主动式和被动式两种冷却系统。通过对样机的测试,其性能指标完全达到了设计要求,已在不同的使用环境下得到进一步验证,具有冷却效率高,成本低,噪音小,安装维修简便等优点。
Objective The modern MRI technology is developed in two directions: high magnetic field and high system performance.New concept cooling system is needed to fulfill the trend of MRI development.Methods With an analysis of the available MRI cooling technology, a concept of integrated cooling system has been developed, including two solutions: active integrated cooling system and passive integrated cooling system which can be selected by hospitals according to their different installation condition.Results Based on the concept of integrated cooling system, both prototypes of active integrated cooling system and passive integrated cooling system have been developed successfully. The result of validation test shows the performance of the integrated cooling system fulfilling the design specifications.Conclusion Up to now, more than one hundred sets of Siemens MAGNETOM ESSENZA MRI system equipped with the new type integrated cooling system have been sold in worldwide market, it has been proved that the integrated cooling system has advantages of high efficiency, low cost and acoustic noise, convenience for installation and maintenance.
