换管器在重症监护室中的应用价值

Value of Tube Changer in Intensive Care Unit

目的探讨换管器在重症监护室困难气管插管中的应用价值。方法本组87例应用换管器作为辅助装置完成困难插管,过程中严密监测心电图、血压和血氧饱和度等变化。统计完成插管时间。结果全组成功插管79例,成功率高达90.80%,8例因插管失败改气管切开术。耗时短,300s内完成94.93%;创伤性并发症较少,发生率16.00%。结论换管器柔软、小巧、增加中空结构,是一种很好的辅助置管设备,在解决急诊插管困难时使用方便,缩短插管时间,提高困难插管成功率。

Objective To investigate the value of applications on tube changer which was used in treating the difficult tracheal intubations in intensive care unit. Methods Eighty-seven patients with difficult tracheal intubations were selected to be aided with tube changer. Electrocardiogram,blood pressure and oxygen saturation were observed, Results The incidence of successful intubation was 90.80% （79/87）.Eight failing eases were treated by tracheotomy.The time consuming of operation was short.94.93% eases was successful in 300s.And the incidence of complication in traumatic occlusion was 16.00%.Conclusion Tube changer is a small and flexible assisting equipment with medium altitude structure in treating difficult tracheal intubation. By using tube changer.the intubations time in the patients with difficult intubations decreased and the incidence of successful intubation increased.
