花背蟾蜍耳后腺分泌物化学成分的研究[Ⅰ 脂溶性部分]

Study on the Chemical Constituents of Secretion of Parotid Glands of Rufo raddei Strauch

花背蟾蜍的耳后腺分泌物为黄色浆液,它的脂溶性部分通过薄层层析发现有四种蟾蜍配基,较蟾酥为少,对蟾酥的脂溶性部分用硅胶 G 以干法柱层析洗脱,获得两种结晶,经薄层层析,紫外和核磁共振光谱法鉴定分别确定为残余蟾蜍配基和华蟾蜍它灵。它们也含于花背蟾蜍的耳后腺分泌物中。

Secretion of parotid gland of Bufo raddei strauch appear as a yellow fluid.From its esterable part four bufogenins were isolated and detected by TLC. Two crystals were obtained from secretion of Ch'an SU by column chromatography on silica gel,Based on TLC,UV,and NMR,Resibufogenin and Cinobufotalin were indentified.They also contented in secretion of parotid glands of Bufo raddei Strauch.
