摘要
马太效应作为一种社会心理现象存在于图书馆的各个层面上。从图书馆基础建设、图书资料收集、图书服务工作以及读者阅读等方面阐述了图书馆中的马太效应。
The Matthew Effect,being as a social psychological phenomenon,exists in all levels of the library. This paper expounds the Matthew Effect of the library from the construction of library infrastructure,the collection of books and reference materials,the service of the library,and the reading of the readers,etc.
