从读者与馆员两方面,探讨了创建和谐图书馆的问题,指出要以读者为本构建服务与需求间的和谐关系,要以馆员为本构建和谐的内部管理体系。

This paper probes into the construction of harmonious library from two aspects of readers and librarians,probes into the creation of the harmonious library,and points out that the library should construct the harmonious relation between the service and the demand based on the readers,and construct the harmonious internal management system based on the librarians.
