摘要
分析了我国图书馆队伍的现状,探讨了21世纪图书馆对青年人才的素质要求,提出了现代图书馆人才培养的措施。
This paper analyzes the present situation of the library ranks in China,probes into the quality requirements of new century s library for the young librarians,and advances some measures for the cultivation of the talents of modern library.
