Starting from the features of the information resources,this paper expounds the information demand of the information market,probes into the information demand of small and medium-sized enterprise in the development and the features of its information demand,and puts forward a new concept of modern information broker that is the ＂bridge＂ needed by the establishment of the competitive intelligence industry in China.
