在前人研究的基础上,确立了企业ERP实施项目风险评价的指标体系,建立了基于模糊层次分析法的ERP实施项目风险评价模型,并结合算例进行了具体分析。

This paper determines the index system of ERP implementation project risk evaluation on the basis of former researches,establishes the risk evaluation model of ERP implement based on FAHP （fuzzy analytical hierarchy process） method,and makes the concrete analysis connecting with a specific example.
