分析了乌鲁木齐市垃圾收费制度的现状及存在的问题,通过大量的实地调查、统计、分析,对不同季节、不同类别的收费标准进行了细化,提出了新的收费标准。

This paper analyzes the present situation of and problem existing in the garbage fees collection system in Urumqi,and based on a large number of field surveys,statistics and analysis,carries on the refinement to the collection standards of different seasons and different kinds,and puts forward a new collection standards.
