Study on the Mode of the Construction of New Countryside in Shanxi's Depressed Areas

以统筹城乡发展为指导方针,增加农民收入为基本出发点,探索了符合山西省贫困地区农民意愿、带给农民实惠的山西贫困地区特色新农村建设模式。

Taking the balance of urban and rural development as the guideline,and the increase of farmers income as the basic starting point,this paper probes into the mode of the construction of new characteristic countryside in Shanxi s depressed areas that fits in with the willingness of the farmers and brings about the tangible benefits to the farmers of Shanxi s depressed areas.
