阐述了企业激励的重要作用,分析了企业激励存在的三大误区,对纠正激励误区、正确使用激励方法提出了几点建议。
This paper expounds the important function of enterprise s motivation,analyzes three mistaken ideas existing in enterprise s motivation,and advances some suggestions on correcting the mistaken ideas of motivation and making right use of the motivation approaches.
