摘要
本文研究了顺铂与荷瘤对小鼠血 LDH、LDH_5活性及血糖浓度的影响。发现荷瘤使小鼠血LDH、LDH_5活性升高,并根据实验结果闸述了所产生改变的意义。荷瘤使小鼠血糖降低,进食量减少,顺铂不能改变肿瘤对机体的这种影响。
In thes paper,the effects of sarcoms burden and Cis-platin administration on mouse plasma LDH Levels
and blood glucose were studied.The results show that the LDH,LDH_5isoenzyme activity of S180 mice were
increased,but blood glucose and food intake of mice were decreased.The effects were not changed by admini-
stration cis-platinum.
