摘要
用GC/MS法测定高脂血症患者低密度脂蛋白(LDL)中脂肪酸组分和含量,并提供血脂、脂蛋白及载脂蛋白同步分析资料。结果表明:患者肉豆蔻酸(140)和亚油酸(182)明显增高,与总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(LDL-C)和载脂蛋白B(apoB)水平呈正相关;而二十二碳六烯酸(DHA,226)、二十碳四烯酸(AA,204)和二十二碳四烯酸(224)以及硬脂酸(180)明显降低,与TC、TG、LDL-C和apoB水平呈负相关。另外,对高脂血症患者LDL脂肪酸中的180、182。
The components and contents of low density lipoprotein (LDL) fatty acid in 37 patients with hyperlipemia were determined by GC/MS method,and provided simultaneously analytical information of blood lipid,lipoprotein and apolipoprotein. The results showed that myristic acid(14∶0) and linoleic acid (18∶2) were significantly increased,and positively correlated with the levels of TC, TG, LDLC and apoB;while the levels of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA,22∶6),arachidonic acid (20∶4) and docosatetraenoic acid (22∶4) and stearic acid(18∶0) are significantly decreased, and inversely correlated with the levels of TC, TG, LDLC and apoB in patients with hyperlipemia. In addition, a discussion was made on the problem of 18∶0, 22∶6 and 20∶4 of LDL fatty acids in patients with heperlipemia.
