摘要
针对机器故障下的炼钢-连铸重调度问题,建立基于动态约束满足的重调度模型。对所建立的模型,提出基于粗重调度和断浇修复的两阶段算法,源于实际生产数据的仿真实验表明模型和算法是有效的。
A dynamic constraint satisfaction rescheduling model is proposed to describe the machine failure rescheduling problem in steelmaking and continuous casting hybrid flowshop (HFS). A two-stage algorithm including rough rescheduling and casting repair is developed for the model, and the simulation experiments with practical production data conducted in the last shows the model and algorithm are effective.
