摘要
检测是控制PCB焊接质量的关键环节,为了提高AOI(Automated Optical Inspection)系统的性能本文对AOI光源进行了研究。根据光强传递函数和照明原理,设计了二级照明光源系统,并根据检测对象的不同建立了相应的五种照明模式,在各种照明模式下采集到的检测对象的图像质量优,达到了各种元件图像采集的要求。
Inspection was the key tache for controling PCB jointing quality..In order to improve the performance of Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI) system, an illuminator for AOI was studied in the paper. According as the illumination transfer function and illumination theory ,the two grades illumination system was designed and five kinds illumination patterns were constitutes.The collection image quality at each illumination pattern was excellent and achieved the system demand.
