摘要
1982～1995年间诊治克隆病49例,其中手术18例,药物治疗31例。全部病人均经纤维结肠镜检查和病理证实。对其肠镜下病理特征及随访结果进行分析,术后复发率11％,死亡5％。进一步探讨了诊断、治疗及复发的有关问题,认为降低复发率的关键是选择合理的手术方式、避免各种并发症的出现、术后定期复查肠镜和小剂量药物维持治疗。
The characteristics of crohn's disease is difficut to diagnosis and to prevent recurrence. From 1983 to 1995, 49 patients were diagnosed in our department. 18 of them were operated. The postoperate recurrent rate is 11%. The pathologic characteristics under colonoscopy, diagnosis, treatment and postoperate recurrence were discussed in detail.
