异丙酚在小鼠血清和脑组织中的相关性

摘要 目的观察小鼠尾静脉单次注射异丙酚后血清和脑组织中浓度的变化,并分析其相关性。方法昆明小鼠140只,按给药后1、2、3、45、、67、、8、9、10、15、30、456、0 min分为14组,n=10。单次经小鼠尾静脉推注异丙酚,采取动脉血,断头取全脑。采用高效液相色谱检测法测定血清和脑组织中异丙酚浓度。结果小鼠尾静脉单次推注异丙酚后血清的达峰时间为1 min,脑组织的达峰时间为3 min。结论脑组织中的峰浓度滞后于血清中的峰浓度。异丙酚在小鼠血清和脑组织中浓度之间存在线性关系。 Objective After injecting Propofol through caudal vein of mice, we observed the change of concentration of propofol in serum and brain, and examined the relativity of it. Methods One hundred and forty Ktmming mice were injected with Propofol through caudal vein.The mice were divided into 14 points, 1 min,2 min,3 min,4 min,5 min,6 min,7 min,8 min,9 min,10 min,15 min,30 min,45 min,60 min,and there were 10 mice at each point. The mice were killed to obtain arterial blood by picking off eyeball, and brain by cutting off head. The concentration of Propofol in serum and brain were measured by high performance liquid chromatography. Results Time to peak concentration of propofol in serum was about 1 minute, and time to peak concentration of propofol in brain was about 3 minute. Conclusion The peak concentration of propofol in brain was later than it in serum. There is correlation between the concentration of propofol in blood and in brain.
