摘要
HLA是迄今已知基因中等位基因多态性最高的基因复合体，其多态性与复发性呼吸道乳头状瘤病（recurrent respiratory papillomatosis，RRP）的遗传易感性有明显关系。同时影响RRP发生发展的相关因素还包括：HPV基因型及HPV病毒载量，发病人群所属种族，HLA在体内的单倍体频率、纯合型／杂合型，以及HLA相关复合物等。个体表达不同的HLA等位基因，可能影响他们处理HPV衍生肽的能力，从而影响着HPV感染的结果。本综述试图通过对RRP患者的HLA多态性研究，得出对RRP表现为保护性或易感性的HLA等位基因。
